Return and Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If a honey bottle is broken upon delivery, we ask that you notify us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the package. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return or exchange request
- Title the email with Return or Exchange
- Please include the reason for the request
- Please include the email address associated with the order in the body of the email
- How long does it take to receive your refund or replacement product?
- We do not have a set timeline for refund or replacement products, but we try to settle any problems immediately.
- Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?
- We reserve the right to charge shipping fees but in most cases Pirate Creek Bees will cover shipping costs
- Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay?
- We do not charge any return or restocking fees.
- How do you handle lost or damaged returns?
- Lost or damaged returns will be handled situationally. We try our best to do right by our customers and replace the items as long as they are currently stocked and available.
Pirate Creek Bees reserves the right to refuse service to customers for blatant abuse of return policy.
